Refund policy
Digital Products — All Sales Are Final
At fitgreenly, we sell digital products only (eBooks, PDF guides, and prompt packs). Because these are downloadable files that are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is completed and the product has been accessed or downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and waive any standard "cooling-off" return period.
When We DO Offer a Refund
We want every customer to be happy. We will gladly issue a refund in these cases:
- You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment).
- You did not receive your download link and we were unable to deliver the product to you.
- The file is corrupted, broken, or completely different from what was described, and we are unable to fix or replace it.
When We CANNOT Offer a Refund
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You already downloaded or accessed the product.
- The product did not meet personal expectations but matches its description.
- You bought the wrong product by mistake (please choose carefully before buying).
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us at [karandeoyadav0@gmail.com] within [7] days of your purchase with:
- Your order number, and
- A short description of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
